5 Reasons Why People Fail to Build Muscle

All the people all over the world now are looking for lean muscle body shape to go out and have fun without feeling shame or shy of their body without belly fats but they begin without knowing anything about the game of building big muscle.

As a results after a short while you find most of them fail and give up (why and how?) this is what I'm going to show and demonstrate why you shouldn't give in.

1. Knowledge

The reason that most beginners fail when starting out in their muscle building goals is mainly due to lack of knowledge. You find someone has a very big eagerness but their know how defeats them, so what are you going to do?

Have you ever heard this in the Gym before?

(Train like a pro, grow like a pro?)

I did too... And it's so wrong. Don't believe in everything you hear because it leads you to no where... and after a while you don't find the results you dreamed of and then you simply give up.

2. Only wants aren't enough

I don't understand why people are waiting for results of something you don't work for.. I want to tell people that you have to focus much more on your dream.. You need to work, and want, to see the results you're after.

And don't tell me I'm trying to do it, I would tell you

STOP TRYING TO DO IT AND JUST DO IT

3. Rushing the results

People think its easy and fast to turn from fat to fit, from hard muscle gainer to mass muscle gainer.

It's not like this at all, to get a beach body you are looking at working very over a period of time, depending on what you do and how you do it, will vary that time substantially.

4. Over-training

I must work hard today and over a long duration so that I will gain more muscle mass, put simply, No!

Very wrong idea and it leads to muscle loss and feeling very tired and can give you pain

Your body needs rest to grow, you need to work harder to reach your goal but not longer, and your muscles have to rest to be able to continue working soon and grow more, but with over training you loss muscles, feel tired and can experience pain. Then before you know it the first thing you choose to do is give up the training.

5. Bodybuilding magazines and advertisements

Adding muscle seems to be a mystery to most, yet if you pick up a copy of any fitness or bodybuilding magazine and you'll almost always see a headline like this: "Gain 15 Pounds of Muscle in 6 Weeks." If it were so easy you'd have millions of muscle-heads running around. Even though building muscle tissue can be a challenge, If you choose the right routine, and specify specific principles that can pack on big muscle faster than you can throw away that copy of "Muscle and Fiction"!

Conclusion

At last I want to let you know that focusing on your dream seriously and being well informed is exactly what you need make your dream come true.
